AIR Network Model
What is it and why do I use it?
Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network therapy is a neuro-developmental, competency-based model of therapy developed over the past 20 years by Dawn McClelland Phd, LP, Patti Miller MA LP and Phyllis Solon PsyD, LP. The Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network model is primarily oriented towards giving people the freedom to engage fully with themselves and in relationships with others.
So what does this mean?
As a therapist, I use this approach to help me teach clients how to use their innate strengths and resources to take care of themselves, heal from the past, and develop resilience for the future.
