CPT Coach is a mobile phone app forindividuals with PTSD who are participating in Cognitive Processing Therapy with a professional mental healthcare provider.  This app provides: session assignments, worksheets, handouts, PTSD Symptom Assessment.  CPT Coach is not intended to be used as self-help without the guidance of a professional mental healthcare provider.

PTSD Coach is an app for people with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and those interested in learning more about PTSD. This app provides: Education about PTSD, a self-assessment, tools for managing distress associated with Posttraumatic Stress, a direct connection to crisis support, and information about professional treatment.  It can be used as a stand-alone education and symptom management tool, or to augment face-to-face care with a healthcare professional.

CBT-I coach is a mobile phone application for Veterans, service members, and others who are participating in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. It is intended to augment face-to-face care with a healthcare professional. You can also use it on its own, but it is not intended to replace therapy for those who need it.  This app will guide you through the process of learning about sleep, developing good sleep habits, and getting rid of habits that interfere with sleep.It also provides a structured program to get your biological clock reset to make it easier to go to sleep and to sleep through the night.

Mindfulness Coach is a mobile phone application for Veterans and Service Members to learn and practice mindfulness skills.It is intended to help build this important skill for those who would like to build their resilience and manage their lives and emotions better.This application providers: education about mindfulness, various mindfulness activities, a log for tracking mindfulness practice.It can be use on its own by those who would like mindfulness tools, or to augment face-to-face care with a healthcare professional.It is not intended to replace therapy for those who need it.
